• Manaslu circuit with Gakul

We had a great time on the Manaslu circuit trek with our guide Gakul.
My fiancée and I did the Manaslu circuit in 11 days, including transport days. We are experienced trekkers from Norway, but both the region and the altitude was new to us. Throughout the journey, Gakul made sure we always knew the plan for the upcoming day, and could answer questions we had about our route. We kept a good pace, determined by us, and Gakul was both clear in communications and patient whenever we needed a bit of extra time (for example morning logistics).

In the highest parts of the trek, we had to work a bit with the altitude, and Gakul was proactive in both checking up on how we were doing, and reminding us to take our altitude tablets. He made us feel safe and comfortable whenever we needed to take it a bit slower, or drink some extra because of the altitude. He also paid attentions to our needs, and anticipated what was important to us at our different accommodations through the mountains.

On the social side, we really enjoyed trekking with Gakul, both discussing current events, local culture and having some good card games in the evenings,
I would wholeheartedly recommend both the trek and Gakul as a guide.

  • 11 day Manaslu adventure

Great trek to the Manaslu circuit with our guide Gakul. Beautiful scenery and nice trails. We also did a day hike to Pungyuen Gumba, which was very nice! Can recommend both the trek, the company, and Gakul as the guide

  • Everest Base Camp with Gokyo Ri. Engagement Hike!!! Best life experience ever

We absolutely loved it all. We were the only people with a good guide and a sherpa. Every other foreigner had a miserable experience with theirs, where they just left them when service was over. This company truly cares, and you can see in each email that they write.

Our guide Suresh is the best, and our sherpa Ram. We were on so many adventures together. Crossing rivers, hiking, waking up at 3 am for sunrise hikes, my boyfriend proposed to me on top of the Gokyo Peak, on everest base camp we were the only people!!! For 1.5 hours in the sun, just reflecting and meditating.

Massala tea, yak meat, 18 hour jeep ride due to bad weather conditions in Lukla was so much fun, and our guide made everything just to make sure we arrive on time for our international flight back.

Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end. My 5 friends now want to book with them too and the same guide and sherpa. The best time of our lives, and we will remember forever!!!

  • Everest Base Camp - Solo Female Travel

Had a great trip up to EBC and Gokyo lake with Dinesh, Gokul, and Umesh supporting as porter. They made it such a fun experience and were exceptionally generous, kind, and thoughtful. Especially as a solo female traveller, they made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the trek. I had so much fun and if I’m ever back in Nepal I will definitely be booking with them again!

  • Everest Base Camp Trekking with best guides

I had a memorable experience with Dinesh, Go Cool, and Umesh for my trekking to the Everest Base Camp. They cared about me during the entire trek, creating a great group atmosphere, helping me every day, supporting me during challenging moments, and sharing the Nepali culture.
I am very grateful for having all of you at my side. I strongly recommend them for future trekking. I hope to come back to Nepal and have you at my side.
Thanks a lot to all the guys.

  • EBC and Gokyo Ri Peak

  • Gakul is the best- Manaslu Circuit Trek

We had a stellar experience on our Manaslu tour, led by our guide Gakul. Gakul was professional, knowledgeable, and made every stage of our journey feel comfortable and secure. Beyond his exceptional performance in guiding us through high altitude zones, he went to great lengths to deal with issues that came up, including recovering a lost iPhone by coordinating with multiple members of a local Nepali community, coordinating with taxis days after our actual trek was completed, and safely managing acute mountain sickness in one of the clients. The trek/circuit itself is world class, including extensive exposure to alpine locales and tibetan culture. We had an unforgettable experience.

  • Experience the adventure and delights of Nepal all in a few days

This 4-day trek is an excellent trek for seeing a lot in a short time, and for me, it was a great introduction to trekking. The views were sensational (although due to weather conditions it meant that Everest was not visible from the Everest View Hotel) and the environment was rich with culture and all the colours of Nepal. My guide and porter were outstanding and did everything they could to make my trek memorable, enjoyable, and safe. Going to Nepal enabled me to experience the generosity and hospitality of the Nepalese people and was great value for money. Going in May meant there were not so many people, as it is just prior to the wet season. Three general tips for this trip are: be patient you need to share the walking path with donkeys, oxen and horses; give yourself at least one, if not two, days in Kathmandu before you start your trek to adapt to the environment and third, do make sure you are vaccinated and take all necessary medical provisions with you. Also, help out your porter by only taking essential items to lighten the load for your porter. Enjoy Nepal!
