However, for senior citizens and first-time trekkers, the number of days can be customised depending on one's fitness level and time frame.

Everest Base Camp Trek with Helicopter Return

This trek route of the Everest Region covers the two most popular base camps of the Everest Region, and those include Mount Ama Dablam Base Camp and, finally, the Everest Base Camp.
